Terms and Conditions
1. General
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern purchases made through the NajaForm webshop.
1.2 These Terms apply to customers in Denmark and Sweden. For consumers, Danish and Swedish consumer protection laws apply.
2. Payments
You can pay using most credit and debit cards or Swish. After you place an order, a confirmation email is sent to your email address, and an order receipt is attached to your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at contact@najaform.com.
3. Prices and Taxes
Prices displayed are in [DKK/SEK – or both], inclusive of VAT for sales within Denmark/Sweden. Any additional delivery or shipping fees will be shown before checkout.
4. Discounts
Discount codes do not apply to already reduced items. A discount code cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
5. Delivery
5.1 Our jewelry is made to order. Orders cannot be shipped the same day.
5.2 We aim to ship your order within 2-3 business days.
5.3 We use Postnord and GLS for delivery.
5.4 While we strive to meet delivery times, delays may occur due to carriers. NajaForm is not responsible for delays outside our control.
5.5 During high demand periods (e.g. sales, December), delivery may take longer (e.g. up to 3-5 working days).
6. Right of withdrawal / Cooling-off period
6.1 Under Danish and Swedish law, consumers ordinarily have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
6.2 Exception: made-to-order jewelry does not qualify for the cooling-off period.
6.3 To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing (e.g. via email contact@najaform.com) within the required period. You must return the item in original condition, unused, with proof of purchase. Shipping costs for returns are borne by you unless otherwise agreed.
7. Returns and Refunds
7.1 NajaForm has a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your jewelry (if eligible under clause 6).
7.2 Items must be returned in the same condition as when delivered, unused, and with proof of purchase.
7.3 Once your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions for return shipment and address. You must pay for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
7.4 We will notify you when we receive the returned item.
7.5 Refunds (if approved) will be made via the original payment method within 10 days. Bank processing may take additional time.
7.6 If more than 15 business days have passed since return approval and you have not received your refund, contact us at contact@najaform.com.
8. Warranty / Defects / Complaints (Reklamationsret & Warranty)
8.1 We provide a two-year statutory warranty under applicable consumer goods laws in Denmark and Sweden, covering defects that arise under normal use.
8.2 The warranty does not cover damage, faults or wear and tear caused by incorrect use, lack of maintenance, misuse (e.g. wearing in sports, sleep, shower), inadequate storage (e.g. humidity, storing in bathroom), or accidents.
8.3 You must notify us of any defect as soon as reasonably possible after discovery. As a rule, notifying within 2 months of discovering a defect is considered timely.
8.4 If a defect is accepted, we will repair or replace the item, or agree on a refund or credit as required by law.

9. Liability
9.1 NajaForm is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, except where mandatory under applicable consumer law.
9.2 Our liability for defective goods is limited to what is required by law in Denmark/Sweden.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to fulfil orders or delays due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, transport disruptions, strikes, customs delays.
11. Personal Data
11.1 We collect and store personal data necessary to process orders, shipping and communicate with you.
11.2 We handle personal data in accordance with applicable laws (e.g. GDPR). See our Privacy Policy for details.
12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark (for Danish customers) or Sweden (for Swedish customers) as applicable.
12.2 In case of dispute, you have rights under Danish or Swedish consumer ombudsman, consumer complaints boards etc.
13. Shipping Area
At the moment, we only ship to Denmark and Sweden.
